Ran at a comfortable (which means slow) pace and didn't track miles but was surprised since it was much easier than I thought it would be. I do not like long runs and was dreading this but actually somewhat enjoyed it. Mike
Did about 6 miles in 65 minutes, with a few short walking stretches, and also added in a few 250 meter sprints. I noticed that posture and pose seems to be easier as the pace of running increases....
Finally got this in last night. 6.4 miles @ 10:09/mile avg. Harder to pick up the pace at the end than roughly halfway through when I got a bit of a second wind. Still don't know if the pose is right, just concentrating on little steps and faster cadence.
6.01 miles. Some walking when the dog had to stop. Hope all the moms had a great Mother's Day!

ReplyDeleteI got 6.5 and it felt really good! I have been trying for a while to do 6 miles in 60 minutes on the trails.
