PCF Endurance Spring Session!

Welcome to the PCF Endurance Blog

This blog will:

1. Outline the CF Endurance WOD's each week including your homework
2. Serve as a support and encouragement board as we begin our 6 week program
3. Have resources for you to check out to learn more about CF Endurance, Running, Nutrition
4. Set up group runs to complete your homework assignments
